Shield Diamond Ring

This one of a kind ring was hand carved in wax and cast in 18k yellow gold. It features a 1.6ct shield shaped rose cut diamond. The stone is particularly unique, being grey in color, but exhibiting flecks of a reddish burnt umber color. The setting is a mixture between prongs and a bezel. The stone itself sits up above the band, making it perfect for fitting a wedding band snugly against it.

Stone in setting measures approx. 8.75mm at the widest point, is just under 10.5mm in length and the band is just over 2mm wide.
