Full-time Store Manager

We are looking for a full-time store manager to join the DonLo Mercantile team in Breckenridge, Colorado! At DonLo, we offer our customers handcrafted and ethically sourced products, including but not limited to fine jewelry, ceramics, and unique home goods. The moment our customers walk into our special shop, they feel a sense of inspiration, awe, and tranquility. 

The store manager position is responsible for modeling and sustaining our shop's vision and delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our new and loyal customers. Specific responsibilities include:

• Motivating and building a high performing team grounded in trust, feedback and open communication
• Analyzing product sales to make strategic purchasing decisions
• Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Curating and designing a layout that showcases products and provides good flow
• Tracking, ordering and inventorying products

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• 2+ years of retail or equivalent management experience
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
