Shipping Policy
DonLo Mercantile standard shipping on most orders is approximately 1-2 weeks or sooner.
For Standard Shipping we use UPS Ground Delivery and USPS. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order ships. Some items require additional shipping time such as furniture and custom orders.
Standard Shipping Rates
We ship all packages with USPS or UPS and fully insure all our packages. DonLo Mercantile will ship anywhere within the United States.
Depending on the value of the item, International shipping with insurance is usually $25-$150 USD.
All orders shipped internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. DonLo Mercantile is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of order.
Rates for shipping in the USA are as follows:
Free shipping on domestic (USA) orders over $200.*
*Oversized shipping rates applies to all larger items. Shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Additional Shipping Policies
We do our best to ensure your packages are delivered on time as ordered, however, due to unexpected holiday shipping delays and carrier volume, your packages' timely arrival is at the mercy of UPS and USPS delivery services.
