DonLo Mercantile Shipping & Returns

WEB RETURN POLICY
All returns must be pre-approved by DonLo Mercantile. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@donlomercantile.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue an order number to be included in your return package. For Home Goods and all other items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. ALL Jewelry is FINAL SALE!


Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped within five (5) days from the customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Please note that product returned without a Return Authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package will be returned to the sender upon attempted delivery. DonLo Mercantile is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail.


There are no returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges on Custom or Special orders or any SALE items in store or online.
Items purchased from Donlomercantile.com may not be returned to our brick & mortar store location prior to an authorized return request. Please contact info@donlomercantile.com with any additional questions or inquiries regarding your online purchase.


IN-STORE RETURNS
Items may be returned within seven (7) days for exchange or store credit only. Original tags must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return. Store returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt. All apothecary, jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. DonLo Mercantile does not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promo are FINAL SALE.

If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick-up, please use code: BRECKLOCAL at checkout to waive shipping fee.
Please be aware that due to the long in-transit time all international orders are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted on international sales. DonLo Mercantile is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be responsible for shipping charges if a return is exchanged.


Please include your order number and/or packing slip with your return. Also, please provide your contact information: name, address, phone and/or email address.


If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to notify customer service 970.771.3277 or info@donlomercantile.com within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim.
